🔹 1. No Return Policy (Perishable & Food Items)

Due to the nature of our products (fresh fruits, vegetables, and food items such as spices), we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.


🔹 2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product

After verification, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Provide a refund, as applicable

🔹 3. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

🔹 4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible

🔹 5. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
